I have been running for over 20 years and participating in races since 2010. Since then, I have run 6 marathons and countless half marathons and 5k’s. My personal bests are 3:20:41 at the Philly marathon in 2021 and 20:31 at the Ugly Sweater 5k in 2021. What I enjoy most is the journey from day 1 of a training plan to reaping the rewards months or weeks later at the finish line, and my hope is to pass on the appreciation of the journey to others. My approach to coaching is not only to help others achieve their running goals and personal bests, but to help them train properly, with less chance of injury, and to take the guesswork out of it so all they need to do is lace up and run. I focus especially on beginning and average runners who, like me, have a life, job, and kids etc to balance. Whether it’s your first 5k or your next marathon, I can develop a custom training plan based on your schedule, ability, and goals.
